Grass Roots Herbal Foundations Course
Grass Roots Herbal Foundations is a one year online course, supporting you to move from being a home herbalist, grower or remedy maker into a community herbalist equipped with the knowledge and skills to widely share the wonders of herbal medicine.
Embracing the principles of interconnectedness with a whole systems approach and honouring the innate healing capacity of the vital force. Over the course we will focus on:

🌱Sensory Herbalism 🌱 Deepen your knowledge with embodied practices
🌱Ecological Herb Gardening 🌱 Cultivate your own medicinal plants to share in community
🌱Remedy Making 🌱 Medicinal tips and considerations rooted in a broad knowledge of the plants and how they work
In-depth Knowledge
🌱Herbal Actions, Energetics & Constituents 🌱 Look beyond simple yet somehow confusing lists of what plants “do” and see the broader energetic picture, along with the chemical make up of plants
🌱Herbal Therapeutics 🌱 Consider some key systems of the body: Respiratory, Immune, Digestive, Musculoskeletal, Nervous & Stress and the nuanced ways herbs work with and across them

The course is offered on a sliding scale with a small number of very subsidised spaces
