Distillation in Herbal Medicine: Early Pharmacy to Today

In the morning Joe Nasr MNIMH of Avicenna Herbs will talk about Arabic Medicine and practical distilling in the Lebanon, and discuss and demonstrate distillation of botanical medicines. In the afternoon Christina Stapley will share research on historical distillation of aromatic waters by ladies for home medicine in the 16th-18th century stillrooms.
