Herbal Body Oiling Workshop ~ Slow-Infused Self-Care ~ Spring Equinox (morning and afternoon sessions)

March 16

There is nothing more sumptuous, instinctive and nourishing as herbal body oiling. An ancient Ayurvedic practice to calm and ground, we can bring this beautiful ritual into our modern lives and daily rhythms by tuning into our bodies, tracing our instincts with our own two hands and lavishing ourselves with oils slow-infused with the goodness of herbs from the generosity of Mother Nature.

In this unique herbal self-care workshop, we will:

– Use our senses to appreciate and explore the specific benefits of multiple herb-infused oils

– Explore intuitive self-massage using handmade herbal oils to release tension and infuse kindness into our own bodies

– And each make our own custom oil blend to take home.

Join qualified herbalist Meghan Rhodes for this three hour hands-on workshop just before the Spring Equinox in a beautiful yurt in a secret location in Yorkshire where we will oil up and awaken our bodies from their wintery slumber, opening new avenues of self-care and herbalism.

For full details of the workshop please visit the events page and contact Meghan directly to book this session, details are shown below.

There are two sessions running on this date – a morning session and an afternoon session.

Price: £47 or upgrade your ticket to include a book on herbal body oils for £57.
