Introductory course: Herbal medicine and sustainable futures

Sharing knowledge of over 20 years in herbal medicine.
Come and learn about what you need to grow and how it can improve your health and wellbeing.
During the session we will:
  • Learn to identify wild plants from meadows, hedgerows and woods
  • Understand the different plant properties that make them valuable food and medicine
  • Make and taste tonics, macerated oils and salves
  • Discover traditional food preservation techniques
  • Deepen our connection to the natural world
  • Increase your knowledge so you are able to support your health
  • Understand and identify plant families in a fun easy to learn way.
This course goes well with the Foraging course. It is suitable for those who want to learn about what to grow in a window box or in your garden.
Sessions are from 10:30 to 12:30 on the following dates:

10th March 2022
17th March 2022
24th March 2022
£225 for the full course or £50 per session.
5% discount for Herb Society members.
