Summer Herbal Medicine Course

Immerse yourself in the healing power of flora and fauna, we offer expert tuition with a wide range of learning material.
We help you blend your learning about your internal environment and tap into nature’s therapeutic language of plants.
If you like plants but never had the time and want to learn something new from an expert who gives you short cuts in understanding herbal medicine, this course is for you. Suitable for anyone with an interest in food, herbs, and health.
During the sessions we will:
Identify plant families in a fun and easy to learn way in a local herb garden.
Make your own medicine tinctures, macerated oils & salves.
Discover traditional food preservation techniques.
Deepen your knowledge about your body so you are able to support your health.
Venue: Meet at the Phoenix Community Centre
