This much loved practical course on hedgerow herbalism has moved online. Join us from October til February to learn how to take care of your health over the winter using nature’s medicine.

You will learn how to:

*manage coughs, colds and flu

*support the digestion and food fermentation

*reduce stress and anxiety and lift the mood

*take good care of your joints and muscles and how to ease arthritis and rheumatism

Each month comprises a 90 minute live Zoom call, lots of informative videos and comprehensive handouts. The Zoom call is recorded and can be played back later from the website.
