BOOK LAUNCH: SELF SUFFICIENT HERBALISM

We’ll be at the beautiful Kagyu Samye Dzong Buddhist Centre where I’m going to be talking about what inspired me to write this book and why I think the subject is so important. I’ll be answering questions and signing copies too. While you’re there you can sample the peaceful atmosphere of the shrine room or try Tibetan butter tea in the café.
