Kelly Holden

Kelly’s journey into Natural Healing began in the 1970s with her declining health and the early stages of multiple sclerosis, which she eventually discovered were caused primarily by the many amalgam fillings in her teeth.

After having all her fillings replaced and healing herself with the help of a Herbal Naturopath, she was encouraged to train as a Herbalist with the UK branch of Dr. Christopher’s School of Natural Healing, graduating in 1985.

In the years that followed, Kelly trained in several other holistic therapies, including Colon Hydrotherapy, Reflexology, Iridology and Jin Shin Jyutsu. She is also a qualified Raw Food Chef.

She is a founder member and Fellow of the AMH (Association of Master Herbalists) and sits on the Association’s Council as Treasurer. She is also Co-Editor of the Association’s quarterly digital journal – The e-Herbalist.

Kelly ran health clinics in Surrey and Sussex for over 30 years before retiring from clinical practice in 2018. She now lives on the beautiful Isle of Wight, and sells herbal products and supplements to many of the customers and patients who attended her clinics and shop.
