Bliss Balls

Make the most of fresh rose petals to make tasty treats.

Recipe from Barbara Wilkinson, Chair of The Herb Society

Ingredients

150g cashews

10 pitted dates

3 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp Ashwagandha powder

1 tbsp Lacuma or Astralagus powder

1 destsp carob powder

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp raw honey

30g chia seeds

2 tbsp rose petals powdered

Method

  1. Soak nuts and dates in water for at least an hour.
  2. Place all other ingredients, expect rose powder, in a blender adding drained nuts and dates, blend until smooth dough like consistency.
  3. Form into a ball shape, in your hands.
  4. Roll in rose powder to coat and ENJOY.
  5.  Can be stored in fridge for a week.
