The Four Seasons of Herbal Living – Summer
Join medical herbalist Kristine De Block, The Crafty Herbalist, for a day of summer plant medicine, seasonal remedy-making, and hands-on herbal learning.
Summer is the season of flowers, scent, warmth, and abundance. We’ll spend the day with the plants of early July, beginning with a gentle local foraging walk before gathering around the tables to make a selection of beautiful and useful herbal remedies to take home.
You’ll learn how to work with seasonal plants, exploring their traditional uses, folklore, energetics, and practical medicine. You’ll leave with your own handmade summer remedies, a deeper understanding of the plants growing around you, and plenty of inspiration to keep working with herbs at home.
