Healing With Spring Herbs

Learn to make medicine from the spring’s wild plants with Salena Walker.
We will be working with plants that are abundant at this time of year so even if you don’t have a garden these plants are easy to find when you are out for a walk.
You’ll learn:
• How to make herbal infusions and decoctions
• Why making your own teas is the healthy option
• How to make healing tea blends from spring plants
• The medicinal qualities of spring herbs
• The history of herbal medicine in Wales
You will also have a full tour of the herb garden and woodland to see the plants up close and personal.
Cost: £120 including lunch and herbs.
Upon proof of current membership, Members of The Herb Society will receive a free herbal gift when attending this course.
