A three-day workshop with artist Mary-Anne Paterson, composer and choir-master Nic Rowley, and medical herbalist Kirsten Hartvig.
A time to study and paint some of Hildegard’s visionary art, work with her medicinal herbs, listen to her music, and sing her sacred chants.
Finding balance within, and knowing the right measure in all things poses a unique challenge to our modern hurried lifestyle.
These three days will help you find that balance and connect with your inner voice.
No prior experience necessary.
