Join Julia and nutritionist Daphne Lambert for an incredible weekend in the gorgeous countryside near Lewes where they share their extensive knowledge.
This educational retreat will deepen your knowledge on the power of plants with simple remedies you can use at home. Through harvesting from the wild, learning to grow and sharing food, this retreat is for anyone who wants to understand more about herbal medicine and nourishing food.

Residential Course: £445 per person, Non-residential: £345.

With over 22 years experience and an Honours degree in Herbal Medicine, Julia’s life and work is committed
to raising awareness about plants, healing and sustainability and sharing this so people can heal and flourish.

She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and is a regular lecturer on herbal medicine courses – currently at Plumpton College amongst others. She offers well-being weekend retreats, workshops as well as herb garden design.
She advises for example the WWF on endangered medicinal plants and offers training for staff in organisations such as Neals Yard. Julia is also a specialist in the use of plants to treat Lymes Disease and has a book being published early 2023.
