An intensive course in cultivating deep health through herbalism
Join me for a unique 24 week learning retreat experience deep into herbal medicine.
Spanning all four seasons, we will be remembering, reclaiming and relearning what we all once knew – how to understand the messages our bodies are sending us and how to support them naturally with whole plant medicine.
We’ll be an intimate cohort, working with a select group of medicinal herbs, developing hands-on medicine making skills, exploring how to effectively match herbs with individuals and building knowledge and confidence in taking ownership of your health naturally.
This course includes 75 live teaching hours, a full colour course book, exercises and recipes, a private Whatsapp group, a closing ceremony and a few surprises along the way.
In person sessions run from 10.00am to 4.00pm at Helmsley Walled Gardens on the following dates:
Sunday, 23rd April / Sunday, 9th July / Sunday, 3rd September /Sunday, 12th November / Sunday, 19th November.
Live online sessions run on Zoom from 12.30pm to 1.30pm:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 25th April – 6th July / 5th September –9th November
(Zoom sessions are recorded for catch up and reference too).
