Winter health workshop – making fire cider and a sinus tea blend

If you’re prone to coughs and colds during winter join Cath Couzens of Woodside Apothecary for a winter health workshop and learn about kitchen cupboard herbs and spices to support your health.
You’ll also make a 500ml jar of fire cider and a sinus support tea to take home. Workshops are relaxed and a great way to learn about medicinal herbs and take some remedies home with you!
