Cheshire Spring Tonics Workshop

Join Cath Couzens, Medical Herbalist to learn about spring herbs and blend your own tea and herbal vinegar to take home.
We’ll be starting with spring health shots on arrival and you’ll enjoy plenty of herbal teas during the workshop.
Bring an apron as you’ll be getting hands on with the herbs and learning some science and folklore as well making your own remedies to take home.
Refreshments are also provided.
Cost:

– Members of The Herb Society receive a £5 discount with proof of current membership.
