The Herb Society 2021 AGM

Our 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 16th October from 10am.

THE HERB SOCIETY – VIRTUAL AGM 

You are invited to attend our 2021 Annual General Meeting, which is to be held virtually by “Zoom” link on Saturday 16th October 2021 at 10.00am.  The provisional programme for the event can be found in the agenda. 

To run the AGM as efficiently as possible, we are inviting members to submit questions about the Society’s affairs in advance, so that any necessary enquiries can be made prior to the AGM.  Please send your questions, either in writing  to the above address or by e-mail to info@herbsociety.org.uk by 07 October 2021.

We will, of course, take questions from the floor in the usual way before the close of the meeting, but if questions concern particularly complex issues, we may have to respond to members after the AGM. Council members present will also be happy to answer questions on any aspect of the Society’s affairs during the meeting.

If you cannot attend but wish to vote on the resolutions put forward you may sign and return the “Form of Proxy” nominating anyone else attending the AGM, or the Chairman of Council, to vote at your direction.
