Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), is a restorative tonic herb used in Ayurvedic Herbal medicine. It is also an aphrodisiac, astringent, analgesic, often used for rheumatic conditions. Good for the aging process and helping to support the elderly.

Taking the powder is very easy, a little can be added as above or in yoghurt, on porridge etc. Food is medicine after all.

Cacao is the unrefined form of chocolate less sweet and healthier than cocoa.

Honey is best when not heated on extraction,if you want the therapeutic properties, so choose wisely from a local beekeeper asking how they extract their honey.

Tahini is crushed sesame seeds, a naturally high source of calcium.
